Hi there! I ordered the Ordinary Alpha Arbutin + 2HA serum and it arrived outside the package and the box it was supposed to come in is wet. The product started leaking on it and on the Innisfree sample that I got. You can see here. I’m very disappointed as I have been ordering from you guys for many years now and my order would always come packaged in a proper mailing parcel- when it arrived in this “bag” I already knew something was wrong.
