Product Came Open and Leaked

Hi, I was trying to order an item to gift for the holidays.  Unfortunately, I open my box to see It like this. The box was opened and the product leaked all over. My gift to someone came open and damaged the other products I ordered in the box.  Could I please have a replacement mailed to me?
