Problems with the live chat system

is anyone else having issues with their live-chat system? maybe i'm just not understanding it properly. i can't figure out how to get to the page except waiting for the icon to magically appear at the bottom right hand corner of my app, and once a private chat has been started (like if i've responded to someone's question) i'm not able to respond again, even if they ask me a follow up question. is anyone else having these problems? are they issues with the new interface, or am I just not understanding something properly?

Once you've answered a few questions on live chat here, you should get an email inviting you to be a coach on Tokywoky. It's so much easier to navigate. It looks like this:

I just looked into it and it doesn't have a US option

@saraahhxx That's so strange. Maybe @ElleElleG can help.

@saraahhxx you have to receive at least 3 "thanks" before you can use the TokyWoky interface, which is 1000x easier to use and you are able to chat with someone beyond your initial response to their question.  

You should automatically receive emails saying that someone thanked you to the email address linked to your sephora account.  The email contains a link for you to "Create your coach profile" after which you can just use the site to answer questions.  It kind of defeats the purpose of a live chat housed within the sephora website but if you want to use the feature the TW site is your best bet.

@saraahhxx It seems other people are having the same experience as you. I would try going to www[dot]tokywoky[dot]com/coach Just replace the [dot] with a .
