Problems with shipping candles

Has anyone else had problems with shipping candles from Sephora? I ordered two of the glass Voluspa candles that were delivered this week, and they were shipped together in a box with zero bubble wrap or protective packaging. As a result, one of the candles shattered inside the box and threw little shards of glass all over my apartment floor when I opened the box. The label on the other candle has also been sliced by the broken glass. How exactly do I ship these back since the box is leaking little shards of glass from the cracks where the box is taped?
