Problems with Online orders?

No shade against Urban Decay but I ordered the metals palette and Sephora cancelled it in my order and reduced the price. When I called to ask for clarification no one had an answer. Managed to get a so called supervisor who only could come up with its out of stock as of last Thursday. Hmm placed my order on Saturday and today is Wednesday now it’s cheaper than the sales price I ordered it. I wouldn’t recommend online purchases with them. I’m so fed up with them
