Problem with birthday reward

Hi I made an order a couple of days ago and added my birthday giftonline, but for some weird reason it was cancelled (email said something was out of stock, but no specifics, the item I was purchasing is still showing in stock online). Anyway, I also put my birthday gift in my basket, but now it’s not showing anymore, the problem is I want theonline exclusive gift (B&b shampoo and conditioner), how can I add it to my purchase? Thanks!
