Problem with a purchase

Hi guys, I purchased the Born This Way Super Multi-use Sculpting Concealer on Black Friday at a regular price and at the checkout process I handed my phone to the employee so she can scan the Sephora card, because I forget the actual card at my home, so I can get the points. So now that I enter to the Sephora app I see that I still have the same points that I had before I bought this product and that the product does not appear in the list of my recent purchases. Can someone help me?
