Poor Customer Service

Am I the only one who thinks that sometimes the employees at Sephora are just plain rude and judgmental?! I went in for 5 skincare items. When I asked her for help locating an item, she pointed to a primer? I never mentioned a primer.. I have primers. I needed toners, cleansers, and moisturizers. She then proceeded to walk away and help someone else /: is this just me?! I'm sad! Lol

I also experienced unbelievably rude sales people.  I guess that is what some people expect but I think that I will just take my money somewhere else.  It is not you, it is them.
