@NemoTara Has it been a year since you had the points?  If you have not used the points within a year time frame, the points will expire.

if the points were all from a purchase you just made it can take up to 48 hours to show up 

If they are not there if you go to profile, then rewards Bazar it can show point redemption history 

if it is still not showing I would reach out to customer service
