Hi!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ve been saving my points for a big purchase / gift. I had close to (if not more than) 500 points and i’m so sad and shocked to see they’re gone!!! I was hoping to redeem those for my birthday. I had no idea about this year policy and I truly didn’t notice it’s been that long since being active. Is there anyway I can please get those back? 😞 I’ve been really looking forward to using them and i’m sad to see during my birthday month they’re gone! Pls help 😞

I'm sorry to hear about your points! Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
