Why an I not rogue status even though I have over 1000 points?

Also having an issue with Insider statutes not being updated. Costumer service added points, but not the amount of money spent. Status online was showing insider, but in the store they said status was VIB. 

How are we able to update status? I have receipts from purchases from this year

Hi @lyndsiesha,

 

Your status is based on your year-to-date spend, not your Beauty Bank balance. $1000 must be spent within one calendar year in order to unlock Rouge status. Please also note that your year-to-date spend resets to $0 every January 1st.
