Points updated wrong

Hi Customer service,

 

I made multiple in store purchases during the 4X points event. For both purchases my points were not added to my account correctly. 

Also very disappointed that the Guelph location does not offer samples of products, or even free samples at checkout.  The sales representative would not even shade match me!

May you please correct the total points and advise on the store policy regarding samples and shade matching?
