Points not showing on account (status is also not showing on account despite being Rouge)?

I'm not sure if it's relevant, but this past Sunday I made an in-store purchase in a Sephora inside JC Penney and haven't checked my Sephora account since then. I was just going to purchase some of the Weekly Wow items online through Google Chrome on my laptop, and the page that shows my basket is prompting me to join Beauty Insider, even though I'm signed into my account and am Rouge. My account doesn't show any of the points that I have accumulated (when I made my in-store purchase, the cashier said I had around 2100 points so I know for a fact that I had points as of Sunday the 9th, but nothing shows up on my account and it's just prompting me to join Beauty Insider). I also attempted to check my points/account through the Sephora app, but I'm experiencing the same issue there. What can I do/who can I contact to fix this?

Hi all, I'm so sorry for the confusion! Our system was down briefly for maintenance. You should be able to see your points and status now 🙂

I am having the same issue. I am Rogue, just spent $200 in a Sephora today, and have a receipt in my bag showing my 1319 points. I then get on tonight to look at a cleaner for my Foreo, and poof - my points are not showing and it's asking me to join. I've been a beauty insider for about 8 years i think. Same thing on my mobile app. I honestly wanted to cry. I've emailed customer service as well as posted on here. There are some posts from April expressing the same issue and there are mods who replied saying they would DM the writer to resolve. I will keep this post updated if I hear anything from support.

Side note, I can see next to everyone's names their status. Mine shows "VIB" and other writers are showing Rogue. For what it's worth..

I’m having same issue. I’m Rouge by the way. I was trying to buy some products and the total was $83. It supposed to be 124 points instead of 83 points ( because Rouge earns 1.5 points per $1). When I signed in my account both by app and online, it said I’ve not the member yet???

I am also having the same issue. I had well over 3,000 points & now i am at zero???
