Points not added

So my beauty insider points don’t get added up from when I purchase In store. I purcheased about $160 worth of stuff at sephora. I went online today and it seems that the points were not added. I used my card and she told me I have over 1000 points but only it says I only have 154? Do you know why my points haven't been added yet? Does it just take a while or what?
