Points and BI account gone.

I'm a Rouge with over 2,000 points that have mysteriously disappeared and I'm being asked to create a new account. But it's still showing my Rouge status. I'm confused and would like to know how to get my account and points back please.

I am a Rouge too- the same thing is happening to me. This has happened in the past so hopefully the problem is fixed soon.
