Points after purchase

I made a purchase a couple months ago and thought I used added my rewards for the purchase. I still have my receipt can I add the points for my purchase??

I’m sorry I’m late to reply but this is a copy of my receipt. Some of the info is faded due to the heat from it being in my car for a while.
