Points added to wrong account?

I’m having some trouble. I made a purchase for the point multiplier event and realized they were added on the wrong account (I have 2 account but one I do not use and the one I actually use is VIB). I have my receipt is there a way I can add it to my actual account ?  Also how do I change my phone number on my account? Any help is appreciated
