Point card

I forgot to add one of my purchases to my point card and the customer service told me they can’t add it on my card by phone because its $496 and they told me I have to send my receipt pictures by email to customer service but I cannot find any email address to send them!!!!!!!!

Not sure if this will help but try this: https://m.sephora.com/contact Click the link where it says Email us. It will ask you to fill in your details and explain what’s going on. Once they get back to you surely you will be able to attach pictures to the actual email. Hope it will get sorted for you soon and sorry for not being more helpful 😞 Also you can try messaging the mods/admins here and you are able to attach pictures usually there. They are very nice and helpful. I think they get online around 9 or 10 am PST but don’t quote me on this.
