Hello! I purchased play luxe 2018!! My guerlain Lor Primer was missing a lot of product!! I never used it!! I wanted to try it the other day and all the left over product was in the middle of the bottle!! I tapped it to get it to pimp since the pump didn’t open it cracked in half when I tried to settle the product in the bottle. Yes I received a 5’dollar credit but this product cost $74 dollars and as a sample this deluxe sample is worth $10 or more. Is there a way I could get a replacement LOR primer because I was looking forward to trying it but it’s broke and the top doesn’t twist off! I have shards in the primer so I can’t use it... sorry to be a pain but I feel like I lost this battle!!
