Pickupnow promo code

Hi,

I’m hoping someone can help me? I’m trying to use the ‘Pickupnow’ promo code to buy online and pickup in store but I keep getting an error message saying I have to be logged into a beauty insider account, when I already am.

I tried chat support yesterday, explaining the same thing and the chat was ended shortly after the rep joined and told me she’d check, without replying to me. The chat keeps going between available and unavailable since then.

I’d like to make use of the code before it ends tomorrow.
