It says that the kit cannot be shipped to Canada

This could be because it's currently out of stock on the Sephora Canada website. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the site and checking back for updates in the future. You can also check out currently available Sephora Favorites sets here: https://www.sephora.com/ca/en/brand/sephora-favorites
