Pending Order & Out Of Stock Item

I have been keeping a close eye on my two recent online purchases with Sephora since I ordered the first exactly a week ago and have yet to see the PENDING status change. I have seen that there's an expected amount of time to wait for orders but it seems one of the items I ordered last week is now out of stock and I am hoping it wont affect what I have already ordered and paid for. Has anybody had this happen to them? I don't want my entire order to get cancelled or not receive the limited edition item I really wanted.
