Payment error - your payment could not be processed


I've been trying multiple cards and I reload the site, and I switched to the app, but every time I try to pay at checkout I get this message:


"Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account."


Please help me out.I know that all of my card information is correct and up to date as i’ve used it for other transactions without any trouble

It's been happening to many of us, since way back to Oct/Nov 2021. There are multiple threads asking Sephora for help, this is THEIR ISSUE  yet there's been no resolution. I got so fed up I don't shop here anymore. It's horrible customer service to let so many of us, who all placed & received orders with the same cc previously, to just basically throw their hands up & offer NO SOLUTION. Don't waste your time phoning in either, there's no resolution there either. I guess they make so much money they don't care.
