Payment Error

I've been seeing some people having a payment error with their order even though their cards are perfectly fine. Has anyone been able to solve this yet? I've tried multiple times with different card and have no errors in the addresses I'm putting in so I dont know what to do anymore.

I’ve been having the same issue. I even sent an email to customer service but haven’t got anything back from them. Can someone help me with this issue as well?

I also had a similar problem it says order cancelled unsuccessful authorization I need help is it processing because my PayPal says pending on sephora to authorize I called and they said its my bank holding it..?

I’m having the same problem, I’ve tried using both my credit cards and doesn’t go through with my transaction.

Please help me as I have the same problem. I've even placed a successful order just 2 weeks ago so there shouldn't be an issue. Customer Service on the phone was not very helpful.
