Payment Error

I keep trying to check out online and I keep getting the message “payment error, the payment couldn’t be processed.” My billing address is correct, and I even called my bank to confirm my billing address, and they told me the problem is on Sephora’s end. I tried to use another card, but it also didn’t work. I need these items as they were supposed to be for Christmas gifts, but now my order won’t work! I would appreciate if you could help! And like I said earlier, I entered in all my information correctly so there should be no reason why this isn’t working

I had the same exact issue where no matter how many times I put in the right credit card info they wouldn't let me buy. I suggest you switch device. In my case I was on phone so I used laptop instead.
