Payment Error- Issues with online purchasing- Error message

I’ve been trying to do online purchasing for days now, I continue to get the payment Error message indicating an invalid billing address/name/shipping information when trying to process payment. I’ve tried everything from my side and everything is typed in correct and still cannot make an online purchase! Please help
