Paybright Error

I’ve been using Paybright for Sephora purchases without issue for a while now. I’m up to date on all my payments. For the last month though, I keep getting an error when I select Paybright as the payment method. I put my phone number in, enter my code and then EVERY TIME it says “Something went wrong, try again later”. I’ve contacted Paybright support but they don’t know what’s happening. This is sooo frustrating.

I had a very bad experience with pay bright. I placed an order and sephora never received it, but pay bright charged my card. 
I talked to a Sephora assistant. No help there. I had to call paybright. They said it will take up to 10 days to process my request. Hopefully they’ll refund it.

Hi just read your post.  I'm having this issue as of today.  Were they able to fix it. I'm so upset. 😡
