I had an unfortunate experience at Sephora this week.

The staff member who helped me with my return had never heard of PayPal. She kept asking me about it, as though I had made up the service. She rolled her eyes at me in demanding this information. She then insisted on giving me an in-store gift card. It then took a manager in order to get this changed into a regular gift card. 

What is the official policy returning returns for items that were purchased using PayPal, please?
