Pat McGrath Lipstick

I purchased this Pat McGrath lipstick about 2 months ago and the container started falling apart probably a week after. It was still functional but I had to be very careful with opening and closing it. Today it completely fell apart. I can’t use it and it’s total garbage. I’m very upset as I have so much product left. I thought Sephora has a commitment to quality. Based on other threads I’ve read this seems to be a tread with these lipsticks. Chatted with customer support and was not given any solutions. Very disappointed. image.jpg
