Partially shipped?

Hi!

 

I bought 3 items and 2 examples, and just one of them is shipped. At the price the included the shippment but I already paid it for the whole order. 

 

One of the items is even out of stock so I do not know if it is going to ship. 

 

Am I going to receive different packages and been charge por each one??
