Partial Shipment

Why did I receive shipping confirmation for only 1 product out of 17? Will the remaining products be shipped together?

A partial shipment means that all of the products were not available at the same warehouse, so they will be shipped from multiple warehouses. You will receive an email confirmation once your remaining items have shipped out. Thank you!
