Parcel forwarding service

I live in Taiwan and I am a big fan of Sephora. So, sometimes I will place a small order for my personal use.

During Black Friday, I purchased some skin care products (only 3 items) and shipped to a parcel forwarding company as before.  However, I notice that the parcel was missing since the tracking system showed that was delivered on the 6th of December. But, I did not receive it! I reported the issue to the customer service, but they claims that they won’t process any refunds or replacements to me because I using a address of parcel forwarding company.

Well, that is awful, and I feel the case they were handling was hasty and irresponsible!

First of all, If this is prohibiting, your website should clearly pups up a warning while your customer who is entering a risky address, or let them cannot place the order successfully just like SABON they are doing.

Secondly, the beauty advisor who handled this case was soooo unprofessional!! She responded like a robot and did not take this case seriously!

While the whole conversation, once she answered me one question, she would ask me if there are any other issue I can help you? She let me feels like she just wants to end up this case ASAP. That is really rude and disrespect!

I really need a help to deal with this case.

and track my parcel!!
