Palette came broken

I was so excited to receive this Carli Bybel eyeshadow palette. It just came in the mail and I was going to give it to my sister as a gift for her birthday, but upon inspecting it, I found one of the colors was completely destroyed. Can I get a replacement sent to me since this is unacceptable? If that's not possible, I would like a refund. So upset I can't give this to her. 1586472713260902559339907319318.jpg
