Palette Arrived Broken

Hello! So I just received my Pat McGrath Bronze Temptation six-pan eyeshadow palette, and it arrived with one shade (Provacatrix) completly shattered. When I opened the palette, there was glitter everywhere - it also got all over the other five shadows. What do I do? How would I proceed in receiving a replacement? I was so excited to try this today, but now I can't do anything without getting glitter all over my hands. Thank you so much!
