I love Sephora but I was shocked when I received 3 tiny items packed in two way-too-big boxes, loaded with so much paper that was unnecessary and wasted in packing. One tiny lipstick in one box filled with paper and a lipliner and gloss in another box filled with needed paper! In 2022, this is so unconscious and surprising from a company such as yours.

Sephora management: Surely you can find small packages to ship the mostly small products you sell! Not only will you conserve paper/trees, your company will save a lot of money by using small packages. Please change your procedures. Thank you!
