Package tracker said delivered, but not received : PACKAGE STOLEN

UPS tracking ID said that the package was delivered and signed by someone named Ruth from the residence. But, I do not know who Ruth is and now I feel that it has been stolen. Can someone help?

I'd suggest contacting customer service by either calling or posting in the Customer Support Group
