Package says it has been denied

Hello, I ordered a lot of money worth of sol de janiro, items. My dad didn’t know I ordered anything and denied the package and gave it back to ups driver. Is there any possible way you can re deliver the package. Please contact me as soon as possible! Thank you!!

@yoliyana  Have you contacted Sephora’s customer service yet? 

 

UPDATE: You can also post in the Sephora Customer Support Group and a mod will likely respond when they’re back online.
