Package never arrived

Hello, 

I recently ordered a package that included a lip balm and a birthday item. I received an email yesterday at around 11 A.M stating that the package had arrived. When I got home it wasn't there on my porch or in my mailbox or anywhere. Will I ever receive my items, or is there another option?
