Package delivered to wrong mailbox

My order was delivered on Wed morning. I checked the mailbox but nothing was there. I finally was able to see the photo that fedex provided of them leaving my order in the mailbox clearly labeled ‘c’ which is my neighbors unit, and mailbox. Despite the shipping address that I provided specifying unit ‘B’ for delivery. Now my package is missing. I am without the refill of some of my essential skincare/ makeup items, and I am certain that this is due to the fact that attention was not paid to making sure my order was delivered to the full, correct address.

My package also got shipped to the wrong address it’s stuck in new york
