Package Not Delivered - OnTrac

I bought nearly $300 worth of items on Sephora. They shipped with OnTrac and it was said the item was delivered on Jan 27, but I have waited four days and absolutely NOTHING showed up. I know it wasn’t stolen by anyone in my building because my Amazon packages were still there. Clearly, the shipment company did not deliver the parcel and only marked it as delivered. I previously lost a package as well, but it was only about $40 and Sephora did a reshipment. However, they’re saying that because they reshipped that $40 order, they will not reship or refund my $300. This is ridiculous. Does anyone have any similar experiences? Please help.

OnTrac is not my favorite delivery service.  I cringe whenever I see that they are going to deliver my package.  Sephora is not the only company that uses them;. I know Nordstrom does also.
