Package Missing

I made an order on May 5 that is showing as delivered May 10 at 2:53 pm. I was home at that time and did not receive a package. I checked again yesterday and still no package. What’s the status of my order.

Laurie, I’m extremely disappointed with sephora and LaserShip. My original package never arrived so I sent you a message and you promptly responded and sent me another package. I sat outside for an hour anticipating my second package being delivered today only to see the status as delivered at 4:28 while I was standing outside. I did not see a single delivery person walk by me. And now I’m on the phone with LaserShip while they try to figure out what happened to my delivery....again! Let’s see what happens with this 24 hour package investigation.

 

I cannot believe a company like Sephora would use such a horrible company for shipping. I’d much rather pay more for fedex or ups to ship my products than an unreliable company like LaserShip.
