PLEASE HELP - I have 4 Questions!!!

I posted a review several months ago on a product I purchased and use, but now after using the product for months, I'd like to change my views of the product. I tried to post a new review of the product multiple times, but it occur "Error! Something went wrong. Please continue shopping!".
How can I change / edit a review?!


Secondly, when I visited the official website and the Canadian website, the "NEW" tag on top doesn't seem to work.
No photos of new products occurs, and when a click on the left column side with all the categories under the tag "What's NEW" (like makeup, tools, skincare...etc.), nothing pop out either.
How can one find out what's new then?!
I had to go through "Shop All" and figured out "what's new" on my own... >_<


Also, why is it for the Canadian website, that only 2 samples are complimentary within online purchases? It used to be 3 free samples, and now only 2?! Why is that?!
Sephora, since when are you so mean/stingy/not generous?!  >_<

Last question, it is regarding my Beauty Insider points.
I have attached a photo of my Beauty Insider Points.
I am very confused, because when I click my Profile is says I have 729 points,
but when it's in my Basket, it shows I have 945 Beauty Insider points...
So my question is: How many Beauty Insider Points do I have exactly?!

1. At this time, clients are not able to edit their reviews. If you would like for me to remove one of your reviews, please send me a private message confirming the name of the product and the date posted. You can then re-write the review at your convenience. 

 

2. I'm sorry to hear that the "New" button is not working! Please try clearing your cookies/cache, or switch to another Internet browser as this can typically help. You may also want to try switching to the Sephora App if possible. 

 

3. At this time, clients in the US and Canada may select up to 2 complimentary samples with each online order, and I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause! I understand that samples are an exciting way to try new products, and your feedback is always welcome. 🙂 

 

4. Lastly, if you have products in your basket, the "checkout" section will reflect the number of points you would have if you place your order. The number of points shown under the "Hi Anne" section shows how many points you currently have, before placing the order. I hope this information helps! Please let us know if you have questions.
