PLEASE HELP!! I can't remove from my shopping basket!

I wanted to try a free sample promo but then when I got to the check out it said that there were difficulties with my order. When I went back to my shopping basket it said that one of my items were Canada Restricted and I had to remove it. The problem is, I can't. How can I remove it so that I can check out my other items?!

Hi @Toad22,

 

To remove items from your basket, please click "Remove" below the item. If you added multiple quantities of the same item, please change the quantity to 1 in the basket.

This just happened to me as well (I 'won' the free Buxom Lash mascara in beauty roulette). Can you please reset my basket as well?
