I wanted to try a free sample promo but then when I got to the check out it said that there were difficulties with my order. When I went back to my shopping basket it said that one of my items were Canada Restricted and I had to remove it. The problem is, I can't. How can I remove it so that I can check out my other items?!

I need help as well. Trying to delete a free mini dior foundation I added a while back but no matter what I do it doesn't let me. When I try to order it says that item has an error and needs to be removed first but I can't. Can someone help?
@Anabel2b please try switching to the US side of the app, then back to the Canadian side. This can remove any possible out of stock items from your basket that might be contributing this issue. Please click your name/photo icon, then scroll down to App Settings. Please click US, then switch it back to Canada. If the issue persists afterwards please let us know.

I'm in the U.S. so I switched to Canada and then back to U.S. It deleted my regular item I had but the free mini Dior is still there and I can't remove it

To remove items from your basket, please click "Remove" below the item. If you added multiple quantities of the same item, please change the quantity to 1 in the basket.
