@heatherrogers The pin is needed to redeem the gift card online, however you should still be able to use it in store. I recommend reaching out to your local Sephora store directly for assistance.

I'm sorry for the trouble with your gift card! If the pin has been scratched off, you can still redeem it in a Sephora store, as the store will just need to swipe it.

I’m disgusted! I spend thousands a year at this store and will never shop there again, which is sad because I took my 16-year-old to dinner and we went to Sephora. She had a $30 gift card. She scratched it right there in the store and the pin scratched off almost with the paper but the card number in barcode everything was still legible and it was not possible to use in the store. It would say the card was invalid so I called customer service 100 times and they say no it should be fine. It’s active with money on it. Well, I went back to the store. Try it again to two very rude employees like I was a bother and it wouldn’t work and of course no one thinks outside of the box or uses common sense like to think wait this is $30. It’s active figure something out. So I get my case escalated and they still say no I took a picture synthetic in everything so you know what I hope it was worth $30.
