Orders keep getting cancelled

My orders are constantly getting cancelled and I receive a “We’re sorry “ message saying that the payment information wasn’t confirmed! Does anyone know why this keeps happening? I've tried with 3 different credit cards that work on other sites 😕

 

Also, Sephora, if you're going to cancel my orders, please cancel the Paypal invoices as well; I'd like my money to actually be refunded, not stuck in online limbo.
