Orders Keep Getting Cancelled

I’m going to lost my mind. I’ve had 10 online orders cancelled by Sephora since November. 

I’ve had 4 times where Sephora customer service said they are submitting an inquiry into my account. 

Each time, I am told the order was cancelled because there isn’t sufficient information to confirm the order. I am told to call in to speak to someone and verify my info. 

I’ve called in 4 times, verified my information four times. I’m told that the next time, I should be able to place an order through my online account…


Except the next time, my order gets canceled again. AND THE WHOLE PROCESS REPEATS. I’m seriously stuck in an infinite loop right now and about to lose my mind. 

I’m also upset because last time customer service said I wouldn’t have an issue in the future. So I placed my order early on in the sale, only for Sephora to cancel it again. And now the item I wanted is out of stock…
