Ordered the soft glam Anastasia Beverly Hills make up palette and it came in broken

Hi, there I ordered the soft glam Anastasia makeup plate and when I opened up the package 1 of the shimmer colours were missing. I amwondering if I can get a refund or if I can be be sent another one. I am also able to provide pictures.
