Ordered a Dyson Airwrap, Received Vans Instead, reshipment lost

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to get some guidance because I’m at a loss. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from Sephora, but when my package arrived, it was suspiciously light. When I opened it, there was a pair of Vans sneakers inside instead of my Dyson???
I immediately contacted customer service, but they refused to accommodate me without providing any reason at first. Eventually after numerous communications they arranged a reshipment, but that second order never arrived either — and now they are refusing to help me further. 
I’ve paid for a product I never received and have gotten no resolution or explanation. Countless of time and effort has been wasted going back and force with customer service and basically being called a liar since they said they don’t believe something like this would happen. Has anyone else experienced something like this, or does anyone know what steps I can take to escalate this? I have been a rouge for 12 years and this feels like literal theft to me.
