Order stuck in processing

I placed my order on an early morning Friday at 9:45 AM and as of Monday afternoon at 2 PM the order is still "in process." Considering the site says, "Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed" -- it seems my order should have shipped by now. I'm wondering what the hold up is -- and when I might be able to expect it to ship?
